DISABILITY ACCESS STATEMENT

With a unique blend of modern bar and traditional accommodation, we aim to make you as comfortable as possible. We have comfortable en-suite bedrooms and offer free parking for all of our guests. We also have a meeting/training room that we have available for hire.

We have a 3 Star Welsh Tourist Board Rating, which you can find out more about via the VisitWales website. The Menai hotel welcomes guests with disabilities and has developed an access statement for additional information on the facilities and support we have to offer.

We have taken in to account guests with an impairment which may include mobility, sight, hearing, learning difficulties and any others. There are many Local attractions with disabled facilities, that we can make enquires either in advance or while you are staying if you would like to visit any.

We have easy access to the hotel we have a ramp leading to the front doors with a disabled parking bay located nearby, if you require assistance prior to arrival please ring us on the hotel number 01248 354200.

Staff are available if assistance is needed with a guest or luggage.

The public areas such as the bar and restaurant are accessible for wheel chairs and we have a disabled toilet with a hand rails and a call bell. Large print Menus, checking in forms and brochures are available on request and assistance dogs are welcome to stay at no additional cost. Unfortunately we do not have a lift to the bedrooms and there are fifteen stairs leading to the first floor en suite bedrooms.
